Your Choices
First thing you need to do is, to decide what you want a price on. Which kitchen style, what kind of worktop, what new appliances you need and which ones you are keeping, how many drawers you want in your kitchen, what size/style of sink and taps you want and whether you want a price for fitting. Also to consider a budget to work to.
This is not to say you can't change your mind, but it gives you and us a starting place and an accurate idea of cost.
Measurements
The room then has to be measured, You can measure if you wish to, or we can send someone out to measure.
If you decide to measure yourself, the drawing does not have to be to scale, but ideally measured in metric, although inches are also fine.
Things to measure WALLS; CEILING HEIGHT; WINDOW WIDTH , POSITION AND HEIGHT FROM FLOOR; DOOR POSITION AND WIDTH INCLUDING ARCHITRAVE AND WHICH WAY IT OPENS; MAKE A NOTE WHERE SOCKETS, LIGHT SWITCHES AND SERVICES (such as water, gas, electric) ARE POSITIONED, ALSO CHECK YOUR MAIN FUSE BOARD (if it is still the old style fuse wire and not switches, it will need to be updated).
What Happens Next
Once you have this information, come into the showroom and have a look at what we can offer, with ready made cabinets, soft close hinges and soft close drawers as standard we can offer a quality kitchen at affordable prices.
Talk to our Salesperson, who will plan and price your kitchen, and using 3D software, show you and print off a 3D picture and a quote, which you can take away with you.
Payments
Once you have decided to purchase from us, we then need full payment for the kitchen, (fitting charges are payable once fit has been completed). You can pay by Cheque, Cash, Debit Card or we take most credit cards.
Our fitter will then contact you and arrange a mutually convenient time to come and check the measurements and discuss alterations (if any) with you and quote for any other fitting services that may be required. Also discussed is the date for fitting.
After this your kitchen is then ordered from our suppliers, the earliest it will arrive is usually 3 weeks and is delivered to our warehouse.
On the first day of the fit our fitter arrives on site. He will take out your old kitchen, (please note that we cannot dispose of you old Fridges or Freezers). When this is done, your new kitchen will be delivered. In order to keep the disruption to a minimum, he will endeavour to reconnect your water supply to the kitchen and your cooking equipment as soon as possible.
The fitting charge is then payable once the fit is complete.
